The gatehouse is manned every day from 4:30 AM to 12 AM. From 12 AM until 4:30 AM every night, a night rover drives around the community in a white truck that clearly marked as a Sabino Springs HOA Vehicle.
Guests. If you are expecting guests, you may call the gatehouse in advance to announce their arrival and authorize their entry. If you do not call in advance, the gate attendant on duty will call your home for authorization. If you are expecting a large number of people, please provide the gatehouse with a list of guests' names and the specific date and time of your gathering. The gate may also be opened from your phone, if your guest arrives after hours, and if your name has been entered in the Syntex system.

Recreation Center
The Recreation Center is open for use from 5 AM until 4:30 AM every day of the year. It is equipped with a pool, spa, and fitness center. The pool temperature is kept at 84ºF and the spa at 102ºF. There are outdoor lounge tables and chairs. The fitness center is fully equipped, including two treadmills, weight training machine, stationary bike, ab and back machine, showers, and a TV. Pets are NOT allowed in the Rec Center area. Children under 14 must be supervised.

Arizona National Golf Course is a privately owned company. The Golf Course's 6,776-yard facility is open to the public and to residents of Sabino Springs.
