How to obtain an Entrance Code—To obtain your personal four-digit code, call Stratford Management at (520) 795-6500. Please remember that the code you receive is assigned
for you and your family. In order to maintain the controlled access for your community, please do not give this code to guests or service personnel who come to your
home.
How to obtain a Gate Opener—The gate openers are available for
$40 per opener, or, if you just purchased an existing home, you may wish to make
arrangements to have the previous owner’s opener(s). The gate openers may be purchased by calling Stratford Management during normal business hours, or you may send
a written request along with a check made payable to the Sabino Springs HOA for the total amount required
($40 per opener). Mail your check to Sabino Springs HOA,
P.O. Box 40790, Tucson, AZ 85717. After we receive your check, we will
leave your openers for you at the gatehouse. Note: Should you sell your home in the future, we respectfully request that you either turn your openers in to the
gatehouse or pass them on to the new owners.
Vehicle Decals—The Association will furnish you with a decal for each automobile you own. This decal will identify you as a resident of Sabino
Springs and expedite your entry through the gate. It is also helpful in identifying those cars parked within the community as belonging to a resident. Please
let Stratford Management know how many decals you need, when you obtain your gate opener(s).
Authorizing guests in advance—If you are expecting guests, you may call the gatehouse in advance to announce their arrival and authorize their entry.
If you do not call in advance, the gate attendant on duty will call your home for authorization. If you are expecting a large number of people, please provide the
gatehouse with a list of guests’ names and the specific date and time of your gathering.
How to use the Syntex system after 10 P.M.—If you have a visitor after 10 P.M., the gatehouse will be closed. There is a roving attendant who drives throughout
the community, but no one will be at the gate to call your home. Using the pound sign (#) on the Syntex keypad, your guest can scroll through the list of names to
find yours, and the corresponding three-digit code. When your guest enters your directory code, the system will dial your phone number. After you pick up your phone,
press “9” on your phone and then hang up. This will open the gate and disconnect the phone call. If you wish to have this as an option, you must submit your name and
phone number to Stratford Management for input into the system!
