In addition to the Master Association, of which all Sabino Springs Homeowners are members, many areas within the community are additionally contained within neighborhood villages, many of which used to have their own subassociations. Currently, only one of them has its own subassociation: the Ridge. The subassociation has responsibilities independent from those of the Master Association, such as landscape and street maintenance and supplemental Architectural Review within the village.
